How do I choose between 2D and 3D?
Choose 2D for illustrated storytelling, SaaS explainers and motion graphics. Choose 3D product animation when depth, materials, moving parts or physical product details are central to the story. If you are unsure, share your goal and we can recommend a direction.
What happens after I request a quote?
We review your goal, references and selected package, then discuss the approach. Your proposal confirms the deliverables, production schedule, review rounds and final project scope before work begins.
How does 3D duration flexibility work?
The agreed duration may vary by up to 5 seconds above or below the package length within the approved scope. Additional animation is priced at $500 per 10 seconds. Additional scenes or changes in production complexity are scoped in your proposal.
Do I need an existing 3D model?
Share any CAD files, product photographs or drawings you have. We review what can be used and confirm any model preparation or modelling requirements in your quote before production.
Can you help with cartoons or character animation?
Yes. Character animation and other custom projects receive a tailored quote based on the characters, scenes, animation style and duration required.
What is included in revisions and delivery?
Your proposal defines the review rounds, final formats, asset rights and delivery schedule. Changes outside the approved scope are quoted before we proceed.
