The brief
A digital health consultation platform needed a clear way to explain a multi-input experience built around conversational guidance, follow-up questions, user health context, photos, files, voice and saved medical information.
What we made
We structured the product story around the user journey: describe a concern, add supporting context, answer follow-up questions, and receive clearer next-step guidance. Motion graphics and interface-led storytelling helped simplify a feature-rich healthcare experience.
What it did
A more understandable presentation of Doctorina as a privacy-focused digital first point of contact for everyday health questions and symptom guidance.
