The brief
An IT support platform needed a concise way to explain ticket creation, centralized administration, user management, priority and status handling, automatic assignment and AI-assisted recommendations.
What we made
We centered the product story on the support-ticket lifecycle, moving from employee request creation into the administrator view where tickets can be prioritized, assigned, reviewed and supported by automation.
